I am Client Friendly; I encourage all of our clients to attend the home inspection. I take the time to walk them through the findings and point out maintenance tips for the home. At the end of the inspection I do a complete review including a picture demonstration
I fix the small stuff. There is nothing more frustrating to real estate agent or sellers to have a report full of small issues. I take the time to replace light bulbs that are out ( one’s that are easily accessible ), I fix loose or broken outlet covers, I readjust door strike plates, and take care of any other small issues rather than raising alarm over small issues.
What sets CHP Home Inspections apart from all those other home inspectors is, experience in communicating the findings in a realistic and reasonable fashion, I do my best to communicate the findings in a professional, non-opinionated manner.
